European / International Returns

• Any item which is damaged upon arrival or faulty can be returned free of charge to Okami, up to 30 days after the purchase date. 
• If an item does not fit it can be also returned for an exchanged size or refund, with the shipping expenses beeing paid for by the customer. Returned products must be unused, in a resaleable and undamaged condition and complete, e.g. both gloves, shin guards or jacket and pants. Make sure the return is packed properly, secured against damage during transport. We advise all customers to return products via recordable or tracked shipping, means we can't accept responsability for items lost during transit. When your return has been received we will examine it and process the replacement or refund. Shipping cost for replacement need to be paid by customer. We will refund the whole of the origina purchase, deducting the initial freight cost of the order, if the total order is returned.
