What does the statutory warranty mean?

If goods are not in conformity with the contract upon receipt or within the statutory warranty period, consumers are generally entitled to free subsequent performance, in particular repair or replacement. Under the statutory conditions, a reduction in the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price may also be considered.

Note:

Specific legal rights may vary depending on the country where the consumer is habitually resident. Further information can be found via the QR code in the EU notice.
