RETURNS PROCESSING for private consumers (B2C)

Have you received goods and would like to return them? 
To guarantee the best possible service, we offer our B2C customers (private consumers) We offer the following options. Of course, it is up to you whether you take advantage of this offer. The right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Our B2B customers (commercial customers) have the following processing options CAN'T available. Our terms and conditions apply. B2B customers (commercial customers) who return goods at our expense using a return label without our prior consent will be charged the corresponding costs.

Exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods
The item doesn't fit or doesn't fit you? You can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. If you need it quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Re-order the desired item in the shop
  2. Download the return form and enclose it with your return: Download
  3. Pack the item securely
  4. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Take the package to the post office and ensure it is adequately stamped. We will ship the newly ordered item to you free of charge. If you return the package at our expense, we will charge you €7,90 for shipping the replacement item.

Return (cancellation) within 14 days of receipt of goods (without reordering)
The item doesn't meet your expectations or doesn't fit at all? You can simply return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. Upon receipt of the return, we will promptly refund the corresponding amount. Here's how:

  1. Download the return form and enclose it with your return: Download
  2.  Pack the item securely
  3. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please take the package to the post office or a parcel shop and ensure that it is adequately stamped. If you return the package at our expense, we will charge you €7,90 for the return shipping costs and deduct this from your refund.

Exchange of items received more than 14 days ago
If all of the following conditions are met, it is exceptionally possible to return the items demonstrably purchased from us even after the expiry of the cancellation period in exchange for a voucher for our shop.
1. The item must be in mint condition and in its original packaging. This means it must not show any signs of wear. All tags must still be attached to the item. Shoe boxes must be intact. The returned item must be immediately resalable in the condition in which it was sent.
2. The returned item must still be available in our inventory at the time of purchase. For SALE items, please inquire in advance whether an exchange is still possible.
3. The downloaded return form must be completed in full and enclosed with the return shipment. You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Pack the item securely and return it to us with sufficient postage. If you return the package at our expense, we will charge you €7,90 for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the voucher. Returned goods that do not meet the requirements will unfortunately have to be returned to you at your expense.

Complaints
Is the item defective or delivered incorrectly? We can repair it. Please follow these steps:

  1.  Send us an email sales@okami-fightgear.com and tell us the reason for the complaint. We will email you a return label immediately.
  2. Pack the item securely
  3. The return form download and enclose the completed form with the return.
  4. Submit the return at the DPD parcel shop
